Team is the usual starting point when a product team already has a live product, scattered customer signal, and an existing delivery stack. It gives the group one workspace for evidence, priorities, specs, and handoff without adding a per-seat model.

Talk with us when the evaluation involves security review, procurement, multiple product lines, customer-facing teams, or a formal planning rollout. Scale can cover many multi-team deployments, while Enterprise scopes governance, integrations, rollout support, and custom requirements into one path.

Google SSO is included on every paid tier. SAML and SAML + SCIM are add-ons on Team and Scale and included on Enterprise. If your buying process includes security review or procurement, talk with us and we can scope the right path.

Connecting your tools has no per-connection fee. Plans differ by signal volume; when you need more, buy signal packs or move up a plan. Team brings new evidence in daily, and live sync, which brings it in as it arrives, is a $500/month add-on per workspace. Scale and Enterprise include live sync.

Annual plans are billed monthly. Month-to-month costs 20% more than the annual rate shown on the cards. Contact us about annual prepayment.
